Born And raised in Colorado, Shanghaii Found his love for film and music at a young age. Growing up in primary Hispanic Communities his friends would introduce him to the music of Daddy Yankee, Wisin & Yandel, Pitbull amd many others throughout his school years. he was immediately hooked. After graduating highschool he would often accompany local artists to recording studios to shoot photos. This hobbie eventually grew into a passion and he shifted his focus to becoming a film director. Years of hard work and determination finally landed him in the midst of the music video production world in Miami. While working on set he was introduced to Fernando Lugo, who, recognizing his passion and drive, ultimately offered him the chance of the life time.
Shanghaii has had te opportunity to work as creative director on videos for Ozuna, Nicky Jam, Farruko, El Alfa, OVI ans Messiah. As well as artist such as NBA youngboy, Young Money and Rick Ross.
